How will STEER help my teachers?

Teachers know that having a good relationship with their students will help them give each student the right support at the right time.

But, it’s not easy for teachers to get to know students. The school day is busy, and students don’t always feel able to talk to their teachers. They may not have the right words, or maybe they worry about what the teacher will do with the information they share. 

Your STEER data will help your teacher or tutor know how you are steering this term, so they can know which students need their help and how to provide it. Remember, it may not be you, but it may be one of your friends.
