How will STEER help me?

When we met with students to talk about the sort of feedback they would find most helpful, they told us 3 things.
1. They wanted to know what their responses to the  STEER assessment could tell them - they were curious!

2. They wanted practical tips to help them improve their learning, relationships and mental health. 

3. They wanted  to read their feedback in private rather than in a lesson .

So that’s what we did! 

Every time you complete a STEER assessment you’ll get an email. It will help you learn from your response to one of the STEER questions. You’ll understand how your response can be a strength, but we’ll also help you think about times you could adjust your steering, to improve your learning, relationships and mental health. Whatever your response, you’ll always have something to be proud of, and something to learn!

When you’re around 15, your school will open your data vault and you’ll see your whole journey!
