Why can't I see my students?

Here are the most common explanations:

The students haven't completed the assessment yet

On the main tracking page, we only show students who have completed the assessment. You can see all your students on the assessment tracker  (remember to go to "not started"). You can find this near the bottom of the side bar on the left.

You don't have permissions set yet

If you can only see the training page, then your senior practitioner has not yet chosen which students you have permission to see. This may be intentional, for example, if your school has just started using STEER and they wanted to enable you to get started on the training early. However, reach out to them if you think they might have forgotten about you.

You students haven't been imported yet

Is your school new to STEER? Or have you just started a new year? In this case, the new year's students may not have actually been imported yet.

Your permissions are not what you expect

If you can see all the pages, but can't find the students you are expecting to see on the assessment tracker, your permissions may be different to what you expected. Perhaps your Senior Practitioner has made a mistake.
