How do I know who the students are?

 

When schools ask opt to use pseudonyms, we use the following formula:

The first 3 letters are the first 3 letters of the students surname

The 4th letter is the initial of their first name e.g. Simon Jones would be JONS

The 5th letter (if there is one) in the initial of their middle name if that is listed on your MIS e.g. Emma Jane Smith would be SMIEJ

 

Here are a few more example:

Sarah Williams --> WIlS

Sehee Kim --> KIMS

Mohammed Aziz --> AZIM

Jackson Sebastian White --> WHIJS
