Login issues can happen for a number of reasons. We would advise you to check:
- If the username and password have been entered correctly and without additional spaces
- Has the correct school been selected? (Check the post-code!)
- If the appropriate assessment round has actually been switched on in School Assessment Tracker
- If the school has moved to full name since the last assessment as, in that instance, usernames and passwords would have been changed
If a password has simply been forgotten, the student (if emails are used) can use the forgot password option as they login and an email will be sent allowing them to reset the password.
