If your school uses Wonde to import Staff
You can re-sync your staff records by going to:
Admin --> Data Management --> Staff Data Import
This article walks you through the process if you are unsure.
Note that this won't remove members of staff who have left your school, only update existing ones and add new ones. To remove staff, you need to do it manually, as shown below.
Note that some schools use Wonde for students, but not staff! So make sure you understand which approach your school takes.
If your school does not use Wonde to import Staff
If you usually import via a CSV but need to add or edit a staff user after the main import, Admin or IT Manager users can do this as follows:
Go to Admin --> Data Management --> Staff Data --> Edit
To add a member of staff
Click the 'New Staff' button and enter the required information. Once you click save, this member of staff will be sent an email inviting them to log in and complete our training.
🚨 Important: They won't be able to see any student data until you set their permissions!

To edit a member of staff
Select the staff user you need to edit by using the tick box on the left hand side, then click 'edit staff'. Make any changes necessary and remember to click save!
To remove a member of staff
Select the staff user you need to remove by using the tick box on the left hand side, then click 'remove staff'. You will be asked for confirmation. For large batches, the removal may take several seconds to process the request, so please stay on the page until the entries have been deleted.
