How does sharing STEER data to CPOMS work?

 

✅  Important: Sharing to CPOMS is still in a pilot stage

We can't wait to make this available to all schools in September 2025! But for now, it's only available to schools who are part of the pilot. If you want to make sure it is ready for September, get in contact with STEER to register your interest and get everything set up.

 

What types of data can be shared to CPOMS?

Currently Available:

🚩  Priority Students

📄  Action Plans

⚠️ Composite Bias Students

How will this look:

You can share this from two places:

1. You care share single student from their student tracking page.

2. You can share a cohort of students from the 'share to CPOMS' button on the main tracking page.

Note that depends on the filters you have have selected, so if you are only viewing year 6, only year 6 will be shared.

How will this look:

You can share these from two places:

1. You care share a particular action plan from the top corner of the page while viewing the plan:

2. You can share all the plans for a particular cohort of students from the 'share to CPOMS' button on the main tracking page.

Note that depends on the filters you have have selected, so if you are only viewing year 6, only year 6 plans will be shared.

How will this look:

You can share this from two places:

1. You care share a particular student's bias from the relevant composite bias tab of their student tracking page.

2. You can share a cohort of students from the 'share to CPOMS' button on the main tracking page.
